1. How does ordering work?

Simply choose your favorite cookie flavors and place your order online. We bake all cookies fresh to order and deliver them once a week, anywhere in South Africa. Place your order by Wednesday to receive your cookies in that week’s Friday delivery.


2. Which flavors do you offer?

We currently offer three gourmet favorites:

  • Nutella Gourmet Cookie

  • Triple Choc Chip Cookie

  • Zoo Biscuit Cookie

3. How big are the cookies?

Each cookie is generously sized—about as big as your palm (roughly 9cm) and thick, chunky, and satisfying. Perfect for sharing… or keeping all to yourself!


4. Where and when do you deliver?

We deliver every Friday to all major cities and towns across South Africa. Orders placed by Wednesday are included in that week’s delivery; later orders will be delivered the following Friday.


5. How are the cookies packaged?

Your cookies are carefully packed in a sturdy, attractive box to keep them fresh and safe during delivery. Each order is sealed for maximum freshness.


6. How fresh are the cookies when they arrive?

All cookies are baked the day before delivery and sent out immediately, so you receive them at their freshest and most delicious.


7. What ingredients do you use?

We use only the finest, locally sourced ingredients—real butter, eggs, premium chocolate, and classic South African zoo biscuits. Full ingredient lists and allergen information are available on each product page.


8. Are your cookies suitable for people with allergies?

Our cookies are made in a kitchen that handles nuts, gluten, dairy, and eggs. Please check each product’s ingredient list for specific allergens, and contact us if you have any questions or special dietary needs.


9. Can I order cookies as a gift?

Absolutely! Our cookies make the perfect gift. Just enter the recipient’s details at checkout and add a gift note—we’ll handle the rest, including beautiful packaging and a personalized message.


10. How do I pay for my order?

We accept all major South African payment methods, including credit/debit cards, and EFT via YOCO. All payments are processed securely.


11. Can I contact you if I have questions or issues?

Of course! We’re here to help. You can reach us via WhatsApp, email, or our contact form. We aim to respond within 24 hours.


12. What if I’m not happy with my cookies?

Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not delighted with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll do our best to make it right—whether that means a replacement, refund, or credit.
